- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Arrow Property is the BEST management company in Humboldt, in my honest opinion. The application process was timely, Susan interviewed myself and my employer, so it was nice to know how they screen potential renters. Diana was always a joy at the front desk and we would crack jokes whenever I went to pay rent, etc. They were so efficient about addressing maintenance issues that needed fixing and even let me switch apartments when one became available. Unfortunately I had to move away.... But they were fair and timely about returning my deposit. I really hope that I am able to return and rent from them again!! After several weeks of frustration working with other property rental companies in the Humboldt area, having great customer service from Susan at Arrow Property Management was a breath of fresh air. My husband and I had specific housing needs and Susan was very flexible, accommodating, and efficient. If you are looking for housing in the area, go here first.
