- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been trying to get ahold of customer support now for 2 days I relize it's a weekend but for being a credit union there should be a live person to talk to 24 hr a day all year long like all other normal banks. I have never had such a hard time setting up a debit card pin as I have for this bank.By xxgravtytempxx 72, September 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They have no freaking customer service. Its so frustrating. If you try to call outside of 9am to 5pm you will not get anybody on the phone, except a robot loop.
