- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆So far my experience with Umpqua bank has not been the best.... first off It took over two weeks for me to get my Debit card in the mail because they can't even give you a temporary debit card in the store....it was really inconvenient. I had to go out of town with out a debit card and had to go to an umpqua bank there and they ended up rushing me a debit card from the bank from out of town when i mentioned i hadn't received my card yet......i finally got the card when i got back home when it got rushed from the out of twon store...which means they didn't even order my card in the first place when i made my account... 2nd, the ATM at the bank near my home is always down and out of service when ever i need to use it. 3rd, I just got locked out of my online account and i have no idea why.... and now i am on hold with them for over 10 min. now....this bank is really irritating.By Victoria Humboldt, January 03, 2017
